1. Fill in the contact form on the website with a brief answer to what you are looking for

2. Look for the email from renewalchristiancounselling@gmail.com responding to your query and, if appropriate, inviting you to book a free Initial Zoom Call.

3. Book the free Initial Zoom Call by registering with the online booking portal linked in that email. The online portal will ask you to confirm your email when you register. Then you can choose a date and time that suit you for your free Initial Zoom Call.

4. Join the zoom link emailed to you in your appointment reminder email at your given appointment time. You can ask any questions you have. I'll have some questions for you too.

5. After the call, I'll give you a chance to think about working together. I'll send you an email and you can respond to let me know if you'd like to get started or not.

6. We book your first session and I send over some online forms for you to complete before our first session. Then we get started!

If you've been invited to book a free Initial Phone Call or are a regular client accessing the online portal for the first time, you will need to confirm your email address before logging in. Check your spam folder in case the email is there.

Once you've done that, you should be able to log in with just your email and the password you've set.

Face-to-face sessions are held in a safe, private room on a leafy road on Dobbin Hill in Greystones, Sheffield (S11 7JB). On-street parking is available and it is easily accessible by public transport links from Eccelsall Road. A room with step-free access is available upon request.

I am ​able to meet clients online who live in many non-UK countries with a few exceptions. If you are not UK based, but are interested in working together, please reach out and we can see if we'd be a good fit. As a note, all sessions are in English.
