
Self-Paced Courses
After years of doing adult education and making online courses for charities,
I decided to use those skills to make quality online courses for people to access anytime.
These courses incorporate some of the most common things I talk about in therapy: the window of tolerance, emotional regulation, boundaries, trauma and forgiveness. Each course includes multiple videos, ebooks, guided reflection exercises, pictures, and metaphors (I do love a metaphor).
My hope is that these courses will be helpful for you whether you use Renewal for 1-to-1 therapy or are seeking others to come alongside you elsewhere. And if you're on a waitlist, these are a great resource to get things started as you wait.

Agreement for Self Paced Courses
Self-guided courses are offered as a resource for learning and reflection. It is not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care, nor does participation establish a counseling, therapy, or clinical relationship.
Participants are encouraged to move through the material at their own pace and to pay close attention to their own well-being. Some topics may bring up strong emotions. If at any point the material feels overwhelming or distressing, it may be wise to pause and seek support from a trusted professional, faith leader, or other appropriate source of care.
Each person remains responsible for how they engage with and apply the content. The course creator cannot assume responsibility for individual outcomes or decisions made based on the material.
